Electronic Delivery of Documents

This platform requires users to consent to electronic delivery of all site documents, including investment disclosures, account statements, transaction confirmations, and other required communications. By using this platform, you consent to receiving all such documents electronically.

Notice of Electronic Communications

Electronic communications satisfy any requirement for written notice under applicable state and federal laws, including the requirements of SEC Regulation Crowdfunding. Delivery is deemed effective when a communication is sent to the email address associated with your account, regardless of whether you have actually read the communication.

Electronic Signatures

Your electronic signature to any Site Document is legally binding, just as if you had signed a paper document. You acknowledge that your electronic signature obtained through registration or any click-through acceptance is a legally binding signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state laws.

User Responsibilities

Account holders must maintain accurate email and mailing addresses at all times. It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate, and complete email address or other contact information, and to notify us immediately of any changes. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your failure to receive important disclosures and communications.
